What should I monitor?

You should monitor all trademarks to know if you need to oppose a competing trademark registration or act against infringement.

What sources of data do you monitor?

We monitor the USPTO trademark registry and all domain name registrations.

Why is it sufficient to monitor just two sources?

Monitoring the USPTO trademark registry provides the ability to catch marks that have been published for opposition. It is critical to oppose a mark in this window before it is registered. Monitoring all domain name registrations enables us to capture the essence of the entire web due to the ease of registering a domain name.

I already personally/ have a member of my staff check client’s marks, how does this service provide any additional value to me?

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, if you’re unsatisfied with our service you can cancel at any time.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major US credit/ debit cards.

How is my payment processed?

We use Stripe to process all payments.

Notifications

What happens when there is a match?

You are notified via email according to your notification settings. You can also see all matches at any time by logging into your dashboard.

Can I change my notification settings?

Yes, from the settings tab in your account you can determine how frequently you are notified of potentially conflicting marks.
